Our electricians get everything they need to do the job well, including up-to-date equipment such as an iPad, work phone and work van. They also get an employer contribution pension.
We’re committed to investing in training and career progression and to make sure our electricians can continue to develop their skills once they’ve started working for us.
Apprenticeships
At C A Browne, we make sure apprentices feel like part of the team from day one.
All our apprentices spend one day a week studying at a college near them. When they’re working with us, we make sure they get allocated the jobs they need to boost their range of experience. Even before they qualify, our apprentices get the same additional training opportunities as our other engineers. We believe it’s never too late to make a career change, so we welcome applications from mature candidates too.
